Gear Up: Get a Little Yoga Zen

I’m not sure when it happened but it is in fact November. With the holidays dangerously close it might be time to start planning for a little Zen, even get a jump on that New Year’s resolution you know you’re gonna make.

Let’s face it, often times the best motivator is to gear up and expand the athletic wear drawer.
